It's a horror game, so death and madness abounds for characters, but none too graphic or explicit. Spooky dolls, mannequins, and artwork. Also, Mary, a painting come to life, wants badly to become real, but she is doomed to a bad end pretty much always. This game is not what I'd call a positive depiction of fictivity.
