Magri's inner demon attacks others, and psychological blood and gore happen. (He cannot harm people physically, but he does cause seizures and massive neurological damage.) Disturbing imagery.
Note that Magri is pathologically passive; his story is him realizing that he needs to take charge of his own life, stop amputating his emotions, and DO THINGS before he destroys himself and (through his demon) everyone/thing around him. You may not find him a pleasant character to be around.
